New in production - robotic pressing and testing of NKI cores

The company continues with intensive automation and robotization of production. We have robotized pressing of all cores for tensile composite insulators type NKI in a digitally guided hydraulic press. In the same cycle, the robot performs a routine test on a digital tensile device. The measured values are recorded on the computer. The robot based on the signal from the tensile device automatically sort the cores: GOOD - BAD. It is also possible to print a records of measurement protocol with a chart for each core.
